LUSHTICE

So last night I went to see Coolio. Here’s what happened:

My friend Sasha and I pre-gamed with some champagne. I like champagne, because once you open it, you pretty much have to drink the entire bottle! The event was absolutely PACKED, ran into Keith Buckley from ETID and Jeff from CIWWAF. Open bar had me drunk pretty quickly. Coolio went on around 1am, and about 10 minutes into his performance, the power went out at the Town Ballroom. Because the power went out, there was no booze. After I realized the power wasn’t coming back on, I left and headed out to the bars on Allen. Ended up getting free drinks at The Bend. Liquor store guy* came out and used his key to let my friend and I into the liquor store after hours. I drank so much last night!

I have no idea what time I came home. Also, I have the biggest bruise I’ve ever seen on my arm right now.

Because the power went out last night, Chris Ring is re-doing last nights show tonight. Coolio is playing and there’s 2 hours of open bar. The best part? It’s entirely free to everyone! So, looks like I’ll be experiencing a repeat of last nights events. Coolio take 2. Wish me luck, I might just die tonight!

*Liquor store guy is this guy I met at the liquor store on Allen that is 2 blocks from my apartment. I was buying two bottles of wine when he asked me for my phone number. We’ve been hanging out and he constantly buys me booze/gives me discounts when I come in to buy booze. It’s awesome!
